For students who must take the 1001, 1002, and/or 2001 foreign language courses, these courses will be applied to electives and will reduce the total number of elective credits available. Capstone
A capstone course appropriate for the Race and Social Justice concentration will be chosen in consultation wtih the department chair. In addition, Race and Social Justice concentration students will submit a portfolio consisting of papers or other representative material from at least 6 courses taken as part of the Race and Social Justice concentration and a reflection paper that synthesizes the main themes that the student has encountered over the course of their program of study. Satisfactorily complete all graduation requirements (p. 58) listed in the academic policies section of this catalog. Earn a grade of C or higher in all courses that count toward major/concentration requirements. |
