MGMT 4105 Human Resource Management Examines the overall personnel function in business including acquisition, use, maintenance and development of human resources. Emergent issues including legislative requirements affecting personnel management will be examined together with the constraints imposed thereon.
Credits Hours: 3
Prerequisite: MGMT 3141 and majoring in Accounting, Management, Management Information Systems, or Marketing.
