GRMN 1001 Intro German Lang & Culture I

An introduction to the language and culture of German-speaking countries. Beginning of a survey of basic German grammar and the development of the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing German. Some aspects of everyday life in German-speaking countries will also be introduced. One hour of language laboratory per week is required.

Fees: New Codeitional special course fee required; see semester course schedule for amount.

Credits Hours: 3

Prerequisite: Cannot be taken for credit by students who had two years or more of German in high school.
