HIST 3375 Exp Ethnic South Foodways This course is a unique study away course that gives students in-class learning and real-world experiences during the annual spring break. Students will learn about various ethnic groups that comprise the population of the American South through a historical approach that utilizes foodways concepts. Combined with an academic approach, students will participate in hands-on activities in a teaching kitchen and during a week-long field experience in places like Savannah and Sapelo Island.
