HIST 3003 Historian’s Craft: American


This course engages students across an array of texts from a US perspective that will help them to better understand the role of history in our society, and the craft of the historian in the context of the liberal arts. Students will master the tools of historical research and writing, and the skills necessary to think like an historian. This course will provide foundational preparation for upper level courses in American history.

Credits Hours: 3

Prerequisite: HIST 2111  or HIST 2112 .
