CBIS 4230 UX and Project Management The UX and Project Management course is designed for students aiming to bridge the gap between User Experience (UX) design and project management, two critical aspects of successfully delivering digital products and services. This course explores advanced concepts in UX design and project management methodologies, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring user-centric design.
