BIOL 6220 Molecular Bio Informatics
Survey of the information theory, methods and software used to analyze and acquire the digital data from the genetic and genomic study of biological macromolecules. Problem-solving based laboratories examine the breadth and capabilities of molecular bioinformatics analysis.

Prerequisite: BIOL 5195 is recommended.
