Satisfactorily complete core Areas A-E, as listed in the Core Curriculum section of this catalog. MIS majors may take ECON 2106 in Area E and complete the remaining hours required in Area F with a 1000-4000 level elective. MATH 1401 is a prerequisite for MGMT 3101 and should be taken for Area D Math.

Courses used to fulfill major requirements may also be used toward concentration requirements, if listed among the approved courses below.
Federal financial aid will not pay for an optional concentration course unless that course is also necessary to complete the 120 hours required for a degree or the 39 hours of required upper-level credit. Contact Financial Aid if you have questions about your federal aid eligibility.
Satisfactorily complete MGMT 4105 and six additional hours from the following courses:
Satisfactorily complete MKTG 3170, MKTG 4164, and three additional hours from the following courses:
Satisfactorily complete CBIS 4210, CBIS 4214, and one of the following courses:
Satisfactorily complete all graduation requirements listed in the academic policies section of this catalog.
Earn a grade of C or higher in all CBIS courses.
The management information systems major senior exit requirement is a graduation survey that will be completed during the final semester before graduation. Students will be contacted late in the semester with instructions for completing the survey. This survey must be answered to satisfy graduation requirements.
