Prerequisites: College-level Statistics, college-level Economics, and MGMT 6910. The course is an introduction to analytic tools for demand management, cost minimization, and profit maximization. Topics of study develop strategic thinking for output and pricing decisions and decision-making in the presence of risk. Outcomes of the course include the ability to interpret international and macro data, understand its relevance for the firm and how to respond accordingly.
