A study of the legal and regulatory environment of business that focuses on ethical, global, political, economic, social, environmental, technological, and diversity issues. Topical areas include: legal foundations, contracts, and business organizations.
Prerequisite: LENB 3135. A study of jurisprudence and the judicial system. Topical areas include: contracts, sales, commercial paper, secured transactions, agency, partnerships, corporations, bankruptcy, and real property.
Consideration of topics in which courses are not otherwise offered, but for which there is a current need. This course is repeatable for credit.
